Μost people believe that expensive furniture,  impressive and lavish soft furnishings and ostentatious curtains in coordinating and complimentary colors are the building blocks in order to create beautiful surroundings with ambience.
However, in reality , it is a much more complicated procedure.
To begin with, harmony is a pre-requisite, and in a certain given space this is achieved by balancing size and shape of furniture with the size of the room.  For instance, a very high bed does not look right in a low ceilinged bedroom.
Next comes the color palette, which should be compatible and compliment the style of the room.   This plays a role with the style of the furniture that you will introduce,  for example traditional furniture calls for a totally different color background as that of a minimalistic look.

And last but not least, we should address the individual identity of each space.  A space without a definite identity resembles a person without a personality.  A well  “identified” space will always bring to remembrance a certain room or space……
